![]() ![]() I’ve contacted the dealership with this question and they told me that it was ran by mistake and they will send all the necessary letters to the credit bureau and will keep me on touch. ![]() After contacting credit bureau I was told that to remove those reports (about 8 new reports in total, when I was having a car for a few months already) I have to request the lender who did inquiries to send a letters of deletion to the credit bureau. The dealership ran my credit history check 3 months after I’ve got the car from them. The poor customer service and blatant lack of accountability is shocking. I recommend staying away from this dealership. Instead, they tried to put the blame on me. The minute he said that I hung up and contacted GM corporate to file a complaint and escalate this issue.Ĭamino Real failed to take responsibility for the damage and stress that their negligence and ignorance caused me. I was shocked at this point that he would even say that. He then proceeded to blame me and stated “you looked at the car and still drove it off the lot.” The detailing team damaged my new 2019 Camaro SS 1LE and he blamed me. I contacted the dealership and spoke with my salesman, Jon Ceron. ![]() I noticed it when I left it out in the sun a couple weeks later as the sun/heat acted as a catalyst and accelerated the reaction, which ultimately left white swirls and scuffs all over my new car hood. It clearly states in the manual DO NOT polish the hood or use any type of solvent or abrasive formulas. Purchased a new 2019 Camaro SS 1LE here and Camino Real polished the matte black hood which permanently damaged it. ![]()
